Job Description

Overview As an Airport Manager, you'll oversee all activities at our airport location and ensure we're running smoothly and profitably with satisfied customers and employees alike. What you'll do: Manage all activities at an airport related to servicing customers at the rental counter, arranging vehicle rentals, selling incremental products, and preparing returned vehicles for the next rental. Plan and implement staffing schedules based on business demands and transaction levels, overseeing exempt and nonexempt personnel. Oversee shuttling of customers between rental counters, cars, and the airline terminal. Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly. Provide statistical information on transactions and revenue. Assist management in preparing the annual budget. Monitor gasoline pricing. Implement HR policies. What we're looking for: BA/BS – Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required. 1+ years of leadership and management experience. Preferred experience in car/truck rental, human resources, training, customer service, and general operations. Working knowledge of P&L. Strong decision‑making ability and independent judgment to establish operational plans. Strong analytical and math skills to review reports and data. Excellent management skills, providing direction and support to a large staff. Very strong communication skills to articulate company vision and operational information. Strong organization and administrative skills for smooth daily operations. Strong time‑management and multitasking skills to prioritize in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Strong customer‑service skills to serve customers directly and prioritize operations. Strong problem‑solving, results‑driven orientation, and ability to manage staff performance.
