Lead a team of 10-30 professionals across Operations, Maintenance, and E&I centered on safety and continuous improvement. Enhance production efficiency through the refinement of SOPs and optimization of batch processes. Align budget management with strategic business objectives. Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to boost operational productivity. Conduct risk assessments and address process deviations effectively. Ensure strict compliance with environmental regulations and OSHA standards. Optimize in-plant inventory management and resource allocation.
