Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a compassionate CNA PRN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving underserved communities. In this mission-driven role, you will support holistic health and wellness by providing high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The CNA PRN will assist with activities of daily living, measure and document vital signs, support safe mobility and transfers, and help ensure a clean, safe environment for patients and families. You will monitor patients for changes in condition, promptly communicate concerns to the care team, and contribute to care plans that emphasize dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity. Working collaboratively with nurses, providers, and other team members, you will help facilitate admissions, discharges, and transitions of care while reinforcing patient education related to wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management as directed.
