Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Manager

Location: St. Paul, MN

Company: Faircon Service Company — Established commercial HVAC service provider specializing in installation, maintenance, and repair for offices, retail, healthcare, education, and light industrial clients.

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead our service operations, grow revenue, ensure high customer satisfaction, and maintain safe, efficient field service delivery. This role combines technical knowledge, team leadership, scheduling/dispatch oversight, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of service technicians
• Oversee daily dispatching, scheduling, route optimization, and emergency response
• Manage service contracts, preventive maintenance programs, and warranty work to meet revenue and retention goals
• Monitor job progress, ensure timely completion and quality control, and handle escalated customer issues
• Control labor and parts costs, and identify opportunities for operational improvements
• Support sales efforts by providing scopes of work, cost estimates, and technical input for proposals

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC service experience
• Understanding of commercial HVAC systems (ROOF TOP UNITS, chillers, boilers, VAV, controls, BAS)
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
