Construction Helper

Gill Construction
Nolanville, TX | Full-Time / Hourly | Onsite

Gill Construction is looking for a dependable Construction Helper to join our team. This is an entry-level position for someone who wants to learn the trades and gain real jobsite experience.

You'll work alongside experienced carpenters and trades, helping keep projects moving and learning how residential remodeling projects are built from the ground up.

• Assist carpenters, trades, and supervisors with jobsite tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Assist with demolition and basic construction tasks
• Support remodeling and new construction activities
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Use basic hand and power tools as directed
• Perform general labor duties as needed

• No prior construction experience required (experience is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift and carry materials
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Starting pay at $15/hour based on experience

Work will take place on active residential construction and remodeling job sites and may include working outdoors in various weather conditions.
