Our client, the automotive industry leader, is seeking a Coordinator Japan Desk to join their team. As a Senior Coordinator Japan Desk, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Japan Desk team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL (Hybrid in office three days per week)
Pay Range: $24
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm
What's the Job?
Support customer inquiries related to vehicle purchase, service, and customer experience areas, ensuring a seamless ownership experience.
Communicate effectively with dealers via email and phone, providing guidance and support throughout the customer journey.
Assist with the coordination of vehicle financing, leasing, and resale processes for expatriates and local customers.
Lead training sessions for new team members, sharing best practices and operational procedures to ensure team success.
Create and maintain comprehensive operational manuals to standardize processes and promote long-term team efficiency.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
Fluent in Japanese (speaking, reading, writing, listening) with mastery of Japanese business etiquette.
Proficient in English (intermediate to proficient level) for effective communication with internal teams and dealer partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles as needed.
