Job Details Job Location: Fello Severn - Severn, MD 21144 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School / GED Salary Range: $61,800.00 Salary/year Travel Percentage: Greater Chesapeake Area Job Category: Corporate Supports Responsibilities The Corporate Trainer will deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure all Fello employees receive essential compliance and skills‑based education. Working within the People & Culture division, this role is responsible for conducting in‑person and virtual training sessions across the Greater Chesapeake Region, with a focus on maintaining regulatory compliance for disability service providers and enhancing employee capabilities at all organizational levels. Qualifications The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in adult learning facilitation and curriculum development, with the ability to engage diverse learners through interactive, hands‑on training methods. They excel at delivering complex compliance topics—including HIPAA, emergency response, and safety protocols—in accessible, engaging formats. This trainer is skilled at assessing practical competencies like CPR, First Aid, and driver safety, providing constructive feedback to support employee development. They are detail‑oriented in tracking training completion and documentation while remaining adaptable to evolving regulatory requirements. A collaborative professional, they work effectively with stakeholders across the organization to identify training needs and contribute to organization‑wide development initiatives. Minimum requirements: four or more years of professional training facilitation and curriculum development experience, with disability services experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, though a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. The role demands proficiency in learning management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and various training technologies, along with the physical ability to travel regionally and work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
