You'll help keep things running smoothly for both patients and the clinical team. Daily tasks include:

• Welcoming patients at check-in and and check-out
• Answering phones
• Managing patient emails and online messages
• Supporting insurance tracking and follow-up
• Keeping the front desk organized and efficient
• Chinese or Japanese language skills are a strong plus
• Dental experience is helpful but not required
