Job Description
Houston Leading Immigration law firm is seeking a full-time or part-time attorney to join our team. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Law or Personal Injury Law. This position presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic practice with a multicultural team. Candidate must be organized, hard-working, responsible, reliable, capable of working with limited supervision, and committed to working within a team.
Responsibilities:
All matters pertaining to Immigration law, including but not limited to:
- Develop and implement case strategy;
- Prepare and file
-Research immigration law and procedures;
- Represent clients and attend field office interviews.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing to practice immigration law;
- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred;
-Strong understanding of Immigration law or Personal Injury law and regulations;
Minimum 1-2 years of Family-based Immigration; Asylum and Removal of Defense; Business Immigration experience is a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and client management skills; bilingual English and Spanish required;
- Strong organization and research skills with attention to detail;
- Strong analytical and problem - solving skills, collaborative mindset with a willingness to work with a supportive team.
