Pay Rate: 24–35/hr , based on experience | Shift: 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm (Monday–Friday)
PDS Tech is seeking an experienced Hot Heading Operator to support first?shift production in a fast?paced, high?precision manufacturing environment. This role is critical to producing aerospace?grade fasteners and requires hands?on setup and operation experience —this is not an entry?level or trainee position.

Position OverviewThe Hot Heading Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining hot heading machines used in the production of aerospace fasteners. You will monitor heat treatment and forging processes, inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities?? Note: Candidates must be able to set up and operate machines independently . Entry?level candidates or trainees without direct hot heading or forging experience will not be considered.
