Now Hiring: HVAC Service Manager
???? Glens Falls, NY | Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Inspire, lead and coach our award-winning team of HVAC Professionals.
• Manage, train, coach, motivate and reward a team of technical staff to ensure optimal success for individuals and Crisafulli Bros. and premium service & solutions to customers.
• Maintain existing procedures for efficiency and expedited workflow to improve departmental profitability.
• Develop strong employee and customer relationships to maximize employee and customer experience.
• Responsible for achieving annual goals for departmental growth, profit and loss and staffing.
• Track key performance indicators and other metrics to measure department and individual performance.
• Maintain a clear understanding of Company safety standards and ensure they are always adhered to; documenting when they are not.
• Participate in various trainings and maintain a working knowledge of the Plumbing and HVAC Industry while continually learning about products and services, keeping up to date with industry changes.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of discussions and correspondence with customers

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of HVAC experience and 2+ years of Management experience
• EPA certification
• Valid NYS driver’s license with clean record
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
