Job Summary:
We are seeking an Inspector to join our team! As an Inspector, you will be traveling to different clients' homes or job sites, discussing their renovation or building needs, and determining the scope of work that will need to be completed. You will also be recording that information, assisting with scheduling, and traveling to the job site both during and after construction to ensure the highest standards are being followed, and all new construction meets both state and local regulations. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, is familiar with local building codes, and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to different job sites and meet with prospective clients to discuss their construction needs
• Assist customers when they are determining their specific construction needs
• Record all job information and build a plan of what needs to be done for them
• Regularly check in with that job during the construction phase to ensure all state regulations are being followed
• Observe the job once finished to check for quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. This can include getting on the roof, going into crawl spaces, and more

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of state building codes and regulations helptul
• Familiarity with construction sites, best practices, and safety regulations
• The ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
