About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Insulator 2 to join our team. As an Insulator 2, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining insulation materials in various settings, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. Your main objective will be to ensure that the insulation is properly installed and functioning efficiently. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in insulation installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of insulation materials and their properties
• Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in insulation installation
• Experience with spray foam insulation
• Experience with insulation removal and disposal

Responsibilities:

• Install insulation materials in various settings, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit into walls, floors, and ceilings
• Seal insulation with vapor barriers and other materials to prevent air leaks
• Remove and dispose of old insulation materials
• Maintain tools and equipment used in insulation installation

Skills:

As an Insulator 2, you will use your knowledge of insulation materials and their properties to properly install and maintain insulation in various settings. You will also use your ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure that the insulation is installed correctly. In addition, you will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment will be essential to your success in this role.
