NYC company seeks Jr Project Manager/Assistant for their busy office. Responsibilities include: Quantity take-offs (furniture & partitions) Quotations (simpler, standard product) Requesting pricing/samples/information from vendors (COM, locks, electrical…etc.) Order processing – to SpA and to local vendors Checking SpA confirmations Crating ship tracking documents using packing lists and SpA invoices Keeping and updating punch list documents – coordination with PM required Keep project budget documents up to date / updating forecasts Organize and maintain sample library Implementing organization of files / organizing project folders (from multiple locations).
