The LOD Consultant I supports enterprise initiatives by assisting leaders and teams successfully plan and adopt changes to work, roles, and workflows. This role is on the Organizational Development team and supports the full range of organizational development work including consulting, change management, cultural initiatives as well as training and facilitation.

This role is an essential partner to leaders and teams build capability and adapt to change, especially as AI, automation and digital tools transform clinical and non-clinical workflows. In addition, you'll work independently and often on multidisciplinary teams to provide consulting at all levels of the organization doing Organizational Development. By partnering closely with experienced consultants, you'll turn complex ideas, including those related to automation and AI-driven change, into practical, usable solutions that improve caregiver experience and performance while shaping our culture.

Overall, you'll continuously learn with and from experienced consultants, work on meaningful enterprise initiatives, and build skills in work design, learning, and change, including exposure to AI and automation, while helping teams do work more efficiently.
