We are seeking an experienced Legal Tech Consultant to join our growing team. This is a Remote position. This role is ideal for someone with a strong legal background who also thrives in a tech-forward, problem-solving environment. You’ll work closely with clients to optimize their workflows, configure case management systems (CMS), and provide training and strategic guidance. You will manage clients on your own with the focus on building solutions that work best for their needs, out of the box thinking is critical for this role. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with law firms to assess operational needs and translate them into practical technology solutions Configure and customize CMS platforms (e.g., Filevine, Lead Docket, Lawmatics, Case Status, and others) Manage database functions including field mapping, data structuring, automation rules, and document templates Conduct client-facing discovery sessions, process mapping, and training workshops Offer guidance on best practices for intake, case workflow, reporting, and compliance Maintain documentation and assist with support and change management post-implementation Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the legal industry as a case manager or paralegal capacity 1+ year of experience in database administration within a SAAS environment, preferably with legal CMS platforms. We are partnered with: Filevine, Neos, Smokeball, Smart Advocate, DOMO and LawToolBox 1+ year in a consulting or client-facing role preferred Strong understanding of legal workflows, case lifecycle stages, and litigation or personal injury practice areas Comfortable working with tech tools including task automation, document generation, and workflow design Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical advice for non-technical users Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and make thoughtful recommendations tailored to client needs Bonus Points For Filevine certification or experience with advanced features like Deadline Chains, Docgens, and Customs Editor Experience with reporting tools (DOMO, Tableau, etc.) or process automation platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
