About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operator II to join a leading medical device manufacturing team in Liberty, SC. In this role, you will support the production of high-quality medical device assemblies used in implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs). This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience or individuals pursuing education in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, testing, and production tasks following detailed work instructions and standardized procedures
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and quality records
• Follow all safety guidelines and utilize required PPE
• Identify and communicate quality concerns, production issues, and process improvement ideas
• Support team production goals and daily performance metrics
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements
• Assist with training activities after achieving certification and proficiency
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with team members

Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience OR participation in a STEM degree or certification program
• Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic data collection systems
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work effectively under supervision
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/production environment
• Standing and/or sitting for extended periods
• Repetitive tasks involving small components and precision work
• Required safety equipment and work attire provided during onboarding
