Job Description

Confidential search for an established, privately held medical device company entering its first direct commercial phase in electrophysiology.

This is a founding commercial hire. You will open initial accounts and help define how the business goes to market.

This is not a territory handoff. This is a build.

What You’ll Do

• Open and convert 6–12 EP accounts into active, repeat users
• Navigate VAC, credentialing, and hospital contracting
• Support cases and build relationships with electrophysiologists and EP lab teams
• Drive adoption from evaluation through ongoing use
• Provide field feedback to leadership and product teams
• Contribute to early messaging and commercial strategy

• You are not joining a sales team. You are helping build one

What This Role Requires

• 5+ years medical device sales experience
• EP experience preferred
• Track record opening new accounts and driving adoption
• Experience in hospital-based, procedural sales environments
• Self-directed; comfortable building structure as you scale accounts

Preferred

• EP or cath lab clinical/procedural exposure
• Experience in early-stage or build environments

Travel

• National, field-based
• Must be located near a major airport
