Job Title: Dispatch & Operations Coordinator

Location: On-site (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Compensation: $45,000 – $58,000 (Based on experience)

Who We Are We operate one of South Florida's largest commercial fleet vehicle service networks. With 12+ locations running 24/7, we service the biggest names in logistics: Amazon, UPS, USPS, DHL, and major national fleet clients. Our Fort Lauderdale location is active and growing, and we need someone who can own the daily operational flow.

The Role This is a hands-on, fast-moving role. You will be the communication hub between our technicians, our clients, and our central operations team. When something breaks down—and in fleet, something always does—you are the one who keeps it from becoming a crisis.

What You Will Own

• Daily Dispatch: Assign jobs, track progress, and adjust service calls in real-time as priorities shift.
• Data Management: Input, update, and track every vehicle moving through the Fort Lauderdale operation.
• Communication: Keep technicians updated throughout the day on job statuses, delays, and changing priorities.
• Schedule Control: Maintain schedules and ensure every job is accounted for—nothing missed, nothing late.
• Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks and flag them immediately. You solve the problem first, then report it.
• Network Alignment: Coordinate with our Miami operations team to keep Fort Lauderdale aligned with the broader network.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bilingual (Required): You must be fluent in English and Spanish. Our operation runs in both languages every single day.
• Experience: Prior experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, automotive operations, or a similar fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
• Hyper-Organized: You track everything, miss nothing, and can multitask under pressure without losing accuracy.
• Self-Directed: You know what needs to happen next without having to be told.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers, data entry, and learning new systems quickly.
• Location: Must be based in Fort Lauderdale or able to reliably commute on-site daily.
• Requirements: US work authorization is required.
