Genesis Technical & Industrial Staffing is seeking experienced Industrial Insulator for industrial maintenance and construction company.. This role involves the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems.

• Location: Ennis, TX

• Pay: $27-29/ DOE

Position Overview

Scaffold Builders will assist with the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. Insulation work will also follow during the project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems
• Follow blueprints, job specifications, and safety procedures
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Support insulation work as required during project phases
• Lead and supervise crews (Lead positions only)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Industrial Insulation experience.
• Experience does not need to be extensive
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow job-site procedures
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials 50+ lbs
• Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding at varying heights
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, and reach throughout the workday
• Must be able to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in industrial environments for long shifts
• Must be able to pass a physical examination (including a pulmonary test) and a drug screen
