Podcast Producer—VIVA Creative (Full-Time, On-Site) VIVA Creative is looking for an experienced Podcast Producer with 5-10 years of professional content creation experience to join our team full-time at our high-energy production studios. You'll produce compelling podcast content from concept through delivery—and work alongside our expert creative team on long‑form and short‑form content that reaches audiences worldwide. What You'll Do Produce podcasts end‑to‑end: research, guest coordination, pre‑production, recording sessions, and post‑production oversight. Develop episode concepts and story angles that connect with audiences Produce additional long‑form and short‑form content with the VIVA Creative team across our studio spaces. Keep productions running on time and on budget. Build and maintain relationships with guests, collaborators, and partners What You Bring Proven podcast production experience (share your work—we want to listen) Strong editorial instincts and a sharp ear for what makes a great conversation Comfort with fast‑paced, multi‑project environments Excellent communication skills and a naturally warm, professional presence Technical proficiency with recording equipment Bonus: experience with brand content production of all kinds Why VIVA We're a global experiential communications agency.
