PARTNER WITH THE TENANT AND THE OWNER IN COLLECTING RENT, KEEPING ACCURATE RECORDS, PAYING BILLS, MONITORING AND REPAIRING ANY MISCELLANEOUS LITTLE ISSUES AROUND THE PROPERTY, AND KEEPING THE TENANTS INFORMED AND ENCOURAGED.
