Main Duties:

• Customer Engagement:

  • Deliver makeup consultations, provide product demonstrations, and teach application techniques to elevate their experience.
• Sales Achievement:
  • Work towards achieving personal and team sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Guide customers in building their makeup collections, upselling and cross-selling as appropriate.
• Brand Representation:
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism while representing the Charlotte Tilbury brand.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and beauty trends to effectively communicate with customers.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure the makeup area is clean, organized, and fully stocked with products.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock counts, replenishment, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
