PART-TIME RETAIL & SALES ASSOCIATE
St. Cyr Pool & Spa North Hampton, NH
1520 hours/week | At Least 1 Weekend Day | Additional days available

We're St. Cyr Pool & Spa, a locally-owned New England company with a beautiful showroom in the North Hampton shopping center (next to LL Bean and Home Depot). We're looking for a part-time associate who shows up consistently, enjoys talking to people, and wants to be part of a team.

This is a great fit for someone who is retired or semi-retired, has weekday flexibility, and wants a role with real earning potential without the pressure of a full-time schedule. Plus we sell fun and wellness, with premium Jacuzzi hot tubs, saunas, and swim spas!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

On your scheduled days, you'll be the face of our North Hampton showroom:
- Welcome walk-in customers and help them explore our Jacuzzi hot tub and sauna collection
- Answer questions, conduct showroom tours, and connect customers with the right product
- Handle basic pool and spa chemical sales and water testing recommendations
- Process transactions and keep the showroom organized and professional

We train you on everything. No pool or spa experience required.

THE HONEST REALITY

You'll sometimes be the only person in the store during your shift. We need someone who takes that responsibility seriously who shows up when scheduled, communicates proactively, and understands that customers are counting on the store being open.

SCHEDULE

Store hours: MonFri 10am6pm | Sat 10am5pm | Sun 11am4pm
Additional days available based on your availability and interest
Total hours: 1525/week

COMPENSATION

Base pay: $17/hour
Commission: 3% on hot tub sales
- Our hot tubs range from $9,500 to $25,000
- A single sale adds $285$750 to your paycheck
- This is real money, not a token gesture

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-haves:
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly, comfortable talking to strangers, and genuinely helpful
- Able to work independently and follow established processes
- Basic comfort with technology (iPad, shared calendar, simple POS system)

Bonus points for:
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Interest in home improvement, outdoor living, or wellness products
- Semi-retired or returning to work after a break
