Duties: *Maintain monthly sales and inventory report and Analysis * Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. * Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. * Defines market potential quotation, order and reporting support. sales and marketing support. by analyzing market surveys and sales statistics; estimating volume and profit potential; preparing forecasts. * Improves administrative/purchasing support. * Develops domestic and international sales volume by establishing sales policy, objectives, pricing, and discounts; establishing territories; assigning quotas; maintaining broker network; negotiating key contracts. * Maintains rapport with key customers by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; resolving problems. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
