Sales Support Administrative Assistant
Our client, a growing and well-established company in North Scottsdale, is seeking a Sales Support Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and professional administrative professional who enjoys supporting sales operations, interacting with customers, and contributing to a positive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a positive personality, and a goal-oriented mindset. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with sales leadership and play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. This is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and is paying $24/hr.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and management
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales-related documentation
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
  • Manage customer communications via phone and email
  • Update and maintain CRM and customer databases
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars as needed
  • Generate reports and assist with tracking sales activity
  • Assist with trade show planning, logistics, and preparation
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
  • Support special projects and general office operations
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative support, sales support, customer service, or related office experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience working with CRM systems is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
