As our next sanitation employee, we're looking for hardworking individuals who are eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our busy kitchen. We need someone dependable who can pitch in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, you will be filtering, cleaning fryers, and executing other cleaning tasks. Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems
• Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher
• Rinse glassware, scrape plates, and sort dishes before loading them into the dishwasher
• Participate in regular employee meetings to ensure all procedures and safety rules are followed
• Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily

Qualifications

• Great physical health and stamina
• Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred
