What We‘re Looking For
Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Current Washington state OT license in good standing with the State License Board. (Client requires state licensure in the assignment state.) NBCOT Certification. Educator‘s License or eligibility for school-based credentials in Washington. Experience working in school-based settings, including conducting student assessments and developing IEPs. (Client preference: prior school district experience.) Ability to provide 7.5 hours per day of onsite services consistent with district schedules and documentation requirements. Clear background screening and willingness to comply with district onboarding requirements. Preferred: Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams and familiarity with school-specific documentation systems.

Facility Type: School. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 0800-1600. Hours per day: Approximately 7.5 hours. Contract weeks: 42-week school year schedule.

What You‘ll Do
Provide occupational therapy services in a school-based setting to support students‘ participation in educational activities. Perform evaluations, develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals, and deliver direct and consultative therapy interventions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams to support student progress and accommodations. Maintain compliant documentation consistent with district, state, and federal guidelines, including progress notes and IEP reports. Participate in team meetings and contribute to functional recommendations for classroom adaptations and assistive technology when indicated.
