Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license recognized by the state of Michigan
• Background in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare settings preferred
• Experience designing and leading therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary staff
• Commitment to fostering a positive, accessible, and inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, supporting educational and developmental goals
• Assess and document student needs and progress using evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Consult with teachers and staff to recommend accommodations and promote student success
• Monitor and report on student outcomes to parents and educational teams
• Advocate for student access to necessary tools and strategies throughout the school day
