Omni-Serv has been providing manpower for a multitude of airport services. We are seeking Part-Time licensed Security Professionals to provide security coverage for construction enclosures within the terminal areas of Orlando International Airport.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends required) Work Shift to be determined

Compensation : $18.00 per hour


Job Scope

The Security Escort is responsible for escorting and monitoring non-badged visitors, contractors, and authorized personnel within restricted and secure areas of Orlando International Airport (MCO). This role helps maintain the security of airport facilities by ensuring individuals always follow access requirements and security procedures. The position requires strict adherence to airport and company security regulations to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for escorting all non-badge visitors, personnel, and/or contractors performing work in secure areas of the airport as directed by the supervisor
• Supervises the movement of tools and materials being brought into controlled access areas, ensuring all items are cleared by designated security personnel before entry
• Ensure access points are secured
• Continuously monitor escorted individuals, prevent unauthorized access to secured areas
• Report any security concerns, policy violations, or suspicious activities

Requirements

• Valid Florida Class D (Unarmed) Security Officer License
• Valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subject to our automobile insurance carrier's criteria
• Ability to understand and convey information accurately in English, both verbally and in writing
• Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Be available to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous security, airport, and customer service experience is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and navigate stairs or patrols for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and/or move items weighing up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, rain and other environmental conditions
