Accountabilities Lead design for key products across core offerings including insurance, safety, and repairs. Ship 0→1 features that modernize car care for everyday drivers. Partner with research, product, and data teams to identify opportunities and create impactful designs. Develop elegant, frictionless experiences that drive engagement and retention. Build and evolve a design system ensuring consistency and visual excellence. Apply AI thoughtfully to enhance user experience and personalization. Set high standards for UX and visual design through clarity and craftsmanship. Requirements A portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design and thoughtful user experience in shipped consumer products. 12+ years of product design experience in both agency and in‑house settings, ideally across mobile and web. Proven capability to manage projects from research and concept through to launch and iteration. Experience in building and evolving design systems in collaboration with engineering teams. Comfort working in fast‑paced environments with a track record of delivering quality work quickly. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align and inspire cross‑functional teams.
