Cleaning of interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry standard techniques and equipment. Cleaning and scrubbing tracks. Power washing brick, siding and concrete. Gutter Cleaning. Additional Responsibilities Technicians manage tasks like cleaning rags for their van at the end of the week. They bring cleaned rags back and put them in the van first thing Monday morning. Technicians arrive early on Mondays to clean the van before the team meeting. These responsibilities encompass housekeeping and contributing to the company's growth. Shared Responsibility and Teamwork Collaboration is key, and the Technician's role is to ensure smooth operations. Their focus on smaller details helps maintain overall efficiency. Technicians understand that their role contributes to the team's success. They take pride in supporting the Lead and the company's growth. Housekeeping and Responsibility Housekeeping tasks, like cleaning rags and vans, are part of the Technician's role. They ensure that these details are taken care of consistently. By handling these tasks, Technicians allow others to concentrate on core responsibilities. Their contributions help maintain a well-functioning team. Commitment to Growth Technicians aim to grow professionally as the company expands. Their role involves adaptability and taking on more responsibility as needed. Ultimately, teamwork and shared responsibility drive our success as a company. Technicians have the opportunity to become a lead and then over a longer time period a GM of a new territory. Requirements Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have a reliable mode of transportation. Must maintain a clean vehicle record (no major infractions, DUIs, or excessive violations). A background check will be performed prior to employment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders. Strong communication and customer service skills. Compensation $18 per hour + tips After 6 weeks of high performance you will be bumped to $20/hr.
