Define and own the testing strategy, including unit, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing. Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and test data for OpCenter modules. Lead execution of testing activities across manufacturing, quality, and logistics functional areas. Validate integrations between OpCenter and external systems (ERP, PLC, SCADA). Identify, track, and manage defects using test management and tracking tools. Mentor and guide testing resources, ensuring alignment with testing standards and execution practices. Provide test status reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness. Requirements Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of software testing experience. Minimum 2 years of experience testing MES/MOM or similar enterprise systems. Strong experience with SQL and validating data across integrated systems. Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Preferred Experience & Skills Hands‑on experience with Siemens OpCenter modules (Discrete, Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing). Background in automotive or battery manufacturing environments.
