Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for patients while managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using office management software.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and insurance information.
• Handle phone systems effectively, managing incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism.
• Process credit card payments and cash handling.

Skills

• Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in office software applications.
• A compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient care and service excellence.
• Bilingual, fluent in Spanish is a PLUS.
• Dental office experience is a MUST.

Must interview in person. Hourly rate depends on experience. Will be discussed during interview.
