WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Follow detailed work instructions to assemble electronic box assemblies
• Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, test results, and any issues encountered during builds.
• Conduct incoming inspection of mechanical and electrical components for quality, workmanship, and compliance within specifications
• Assist with kitting products, as needed
• Operate a clean and safe work environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years working in a manufacturing setting (aerospace, electronics, or medical industry is preferred) building electro-mechanical assemblies
• Proficient with common hand tools and power tools such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, multimeters or specialized test equipment.
• Familiarity with IPC Quality Standards, IPC-610, IPC-620, J-STD and other assembly and inspection standards
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to pivot quickly between tasks and prioritize simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years electronics assembly experience
• Electronic box assembly troubleshooting, and writing detailed issue tickets for failures
