Medical Assembler – Cleanroom Environment✨ Build Life-Changing Medical Devices with a Team That Values Precision and Growth

Are you detail-oriented, steady-handed, and take pride in producing high-quality work? Join our team as a Medical Assembler , where your skills directly contribute to products that improve and save lives.

In this role, you’ll work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment , using microscopes to assemble and inspect small, intricate medical components.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and inspect delicate medical components using a microscope
• Perform coil assembly and connect tubing with precision
• Feed fine wires through small components and tubing
• Count, sort, and inspect parts to ensure quality standards
• Follow detailed work instructions and production orders
• Rotate between stations as you grow your skills
• Assist with machine operations (manual feed/catch)
• Measure and inspect wires to ensure accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 months of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand dexterity
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude

New to manufacturing?

Work Schedule & Environment

• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10pm–6am
• Mix of standing and sitting workstations
• Spacious break room with vending machines, refrigerators, and microwaves
• Safe machinery in a clean, organized environment
• Work involving detailed assembly of thin medical coils

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Circle Pines, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
