We are looking for college students or recent graduates with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mentality to spend some time with us learning what it's like to work in the wine and cider industry.Duties may include but are not limited to:Working tasting roomsLearning sales and leadership strategiesGiving feedback to staffOrdering and forecastingAssisting with special events and festivalsPacking club shipmentsLearning pricing strategiesSourcing new vendors and productsControlling inventoryBottling and labeling productAssist with pressing, filtering, and fermenting fruitLearning how to blend and test products for quality controlThis position will require local travel to different properties. Pay is $15 (plus tips on tasting room days) per hour for 30-40 hours per week.
