Job Description

We are seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Process Engineer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about improving production performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize automotive manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and scrap
• Support new model launches, tooling changes, and process validations
• Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, PFMEAs, and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and support daily operations
• Monitor key metrics such as cycle time, yield, and defect rates, using data to drive continuous improvement
• Assist with equipment layout, workflow optimization, and ergonomic improvements
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive manufacturing or a related high‑volume production environment
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including root cause analysis and process troubleshooting
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to read technical drawings, process flows, and engineering documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Engineering degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
