Job Description
The Stator Winder Insulator winds, tapes, and insulates coils for stators used in motors and generators, ensuring high-quality insulation and adherence to specifications. This role prepares and applies insulation materials, follows established methods and procedures, and uses hand and power tools to complete work accurately and efficiently. The position requires completion of daily and weekly TPM tasks, and involves working under normal supervision with the expectation of progressing to proficient performance after 5,000 hours of experience.
Responsibilities
You join a production environment that supports skill development and career progression through structured training. In the coil and stator manufacturing area, completion of 1,000 hours of training on a CNC-driven machine leads to promotion from Stator Winder Insulator B to Stator Winder Insulator A, providing a clear pathway for advancement. The organization emphasizes consistent quality, safety, and teamwork, offering a stable setting where you can build long-term expertise in a specialized trade.
Work Environment
This is a production environment focused on coil and stator manufacturing, where you work with hand tools, specialized insulation equipment, and CNC-driven machines. Multiple shifts are available: first shift runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., second shift runs Monday through Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., and a weekend fourth shift runs Friday through Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The workplace emphasizes adherence to safety procedures, cleanliness, and organization, with normal supervision and clearly defined tasks to support efficient and consistent operations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49400.00 - $60792.00/yr.
